02 / Applied AI projects

Learning by building.

Three completed academic proofs of concept exploring customer communication, evidence-based research, and automated workflows.

01

Customer support
ticket intelligence

Turning messy support tickets into concise summaries and empathetic draft responses for human review.

How I approached it

Built an AI workflow to summarize unstructured tickets and generate response drafts. Added an LLM-as-a-Judge framework to evaluate both outputs against task-specific quality criteria.

Summarization · Response generation · Evaluation
02

Market intelligence
research assistant

Making financial news and regulatory filings accessible through plain-language questions and traceable answers.

How I approached it

Developed a research prototype using retrieval-augmented generation. Incorporated article titles, filing references, and publication dates so findings could be traced back to their sources.

RAG · Information retrieval · Source grounding
03

Delivery resolution &
customer communication

Applying operational rules to delivery exceptions and tailoring customer notifications to the situation.

How I approached it

Built a multi-agent prototype with policy-based resolution and escalation for human review. Evaluated task completion, escalation accuracy, tool-use accuracy, reasoning consistency, and response time.

Multi-agent workflows · Personalization · Human review

05 / Beyond the projects

People come first.

Working at North Shore Country Club and Birchwood Country Club taught me to listen closely, remember individual preferences, and stay organized when priorities compete. I coordinated private events, worked across teams, and managed up to nine tables during a special event.

Outside of work

I’m interested in college and professional basketball, skiing, rock climbing, and travel.
